● How we work
We start with the details, because that's where a project takes shape. Each project is followed by a dedicated team that integrates project management for construction in the luxury & fashion segment, construction works, MEP and interior contracting with clear, measurable processes and precise control over time, costs and quality. From initial technical due diligence to handover, we guarantee a transparent and results-oriented process.
Core & Shell
We manage structures, building envelopes and civil works with an integrated approach, coordinating all the parties involved. We work on both new constructions and complex redevelopment projects, ensuring consistency between the architectural design, site logistics and regulatory constraints, particularly with regard to safety.
Construction and Restoration
We work on historic assets and existing premium properties with respect and technical sensitivity. We support owners and designers in managing permit processes and carry out specialist restoration and functional upgrades, bringing together the memory of places with new uses.
MEP (Integrated Systems)
We coordinate the design and execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and special systems, integrating them into the architectural layout from the start. We focus on energy efficiency, streamlined maintenance and end-user comfort.
Interior and Fit-out
We shape interiors by taking care of finishes, millwork, bespoke furnishings and integrated systems. We have a network of high-level craftsmen and selected production partners to guarantee luxury shopfitting that matches brand concept and codes, anywhere in the world.
