Sushisamba Milano is located inside Torre Velasca, the post-war architecture icon just recently renovated, not far away from the Milan Duomo.
The food and beverage project interacts with the architectural identity of one of Milan’s most recognisable buildings as it builds an atmosphere in which light, materials and colour define the rhythm and intensity of the eclectic spaces, just as eclectic as the cuisine offered through Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian menu items.
EXA Group created the new restaurant premises on the ground and first floors, including systems and a complete fit-out of the approximately 800-square-metre floor plan with fine quality finishes, fixed furnishings and fittings. The work guaranteed accuracy and high executional control, achieving a result consistent with the brand’s international vocation.
