The project involves a heritage-listed property under the supervision of the Italian Cultural Heritage Authority and is part of the brand’s international expansion strategy, marking the opening of its first Milan hub as a base for growth across major European cities.
The 2,000-square-meter project included the complete renovation of the building, encompassing façades, courtyard, main staircase, panoramic elevator, ground-floor flagship store, and showrooms and offices on the upper levels. The works were carried out while commercial activities remained operational, presenting challenges related to urban logistics and regulatory constraints.
