EXA Group delivers the complete transformation of an existing retail unit, converting it into Amiri’s new London flagship store. The project combines architectural reconfiguration and MEP adaptation within a single execution process, developed to interpret the brand’s new concept in line with the contemporary codes of luxury retail.
EXA Group acted as main contractor, managing every phase of the intervention: from internal demolitions and spatial reconfiguration to the adaptation of MEP systems and the coordination of finishes. The core of the project was the opening of the upper floor, achieved through the removal of the existing central partition wall to create a large open-plan retail area. The fit-out included bespoke fitting rooms with flush doors, full wall and ceiling finishes in paint and wallpaper, as well as the installation of new carpet with a 50 cm skirting following the curved perimeter of the first floor. A custom-made resin floor, perfectly integrated with the curved wall colour transitions, completes a space defined by visual continuity, execution precision and rigorous attention to detail.
