EXA Group delivered the complete refurbishment of an existing retail unit, transforming it into the new Boglioli space on Bond Street. The project combined civil works, MEP upgrades, and bespoke craftsmanship within a single execution process, developed to express the brand’s renewed identity through a contemporary and essential design language.
EXA Group acted as main contractor, managing every phase of the project: from the initial strip-out works to civil construction activities, through to the coordination of MEP systems and bespoke joinery. The fit-out included the installation of new flooring and wall finishes combining fluted panelling with painted surfaces, creating a refined balance between texture and understated elegance. The architectural niche was enhanced as a distinctive feature of the space, while the basement level was retained as staff and storage areas, with targeted upgrades including the construction of a new kitchen.
