How we work
Every project is different, but our method remains consistent. We work as a Signature Contractor: a single point of contact (Advanced General Contractor) who coordinates construction design, civil works, systems, interior fit-outs and bespoke supplies. We build ad-hoc teams for each assignment, define clear processes, and monitor times, costs and risks throughout, with the aim of delivering ready-to-use spaces in line with brand standards and investor expectations.
● Signature Contractor
“General contractor” is no longer adequate to describe our role. We are in charge of complex projects, and our responsibility goes beyond execution: understanding the client's goals, liaising with designers, coordinating an international supply chain of vendors, and anticipating technical and operational issues. Every project entrusted to us is a signature: measurable in construction site KPIs, but above all in the quality of the finished space.

We create flagship stores, high-end fashion boutiques and retail networks for international lifestyle and luxury brands. We work on multi-country rollouts, simultaneous store openings and restyling projects, ensuring consistency of image and quality of detail in every market as a global shopfitting partner.

We build workplaces, headquarters and showrooms that combine image, functionality and people’s well-being. Our experience integrates complex systems, flexible solutions (Cat A & Cat B Fit-out) and ESG standards, with a focus on energy, comfort and quality of materials.
Prestigious residences
From private homes to branded residences, we coordinate highly complex technical and system engineering projects, with bespoke finishes and high privacy standards. We work in close dialogue with designers, interior designers and property owners to maintain consistency between architectural vision and execution quality in the construction of luxury villas and penthouses.

Mastery & Craftmanship
EXA.Group is a shareholder in Cadore Interiors, combining technical expertise and production capabilities to offer customers high-quality, tailor-made furnishing solutions. For over fifty years, Cadore has been manufacturing custom furniture and millwork (technical carpentry) for high-end projects, thanks to an industrial plant covering over 10,000 square metres and a specialised team. Together with our premium manufacturing partner, we provide specific contract furniture solutions for each project in a coordinated manner, on an international scale.
