The Milan headquarters interprets the Florence Group’s vision – to promote the Italian production chain of apparel, leather goods and footwear in the international markets – expressing it in workplaces and a showroom able to reflect the group’s identity and ambitions.
EXA.Group intervened with targeted demolitions, new layouts of the spaces and a customised fit-out as it integrated custom-made furnishings and adapted the electrical and mechanical systems to meet sustainability criteria and technological upgrading. The result attained is a coordinated, functional space that exemplifies the group’s industrial and creative culture.
