EXA Group totally renovated the Bulgari store in Miami while coordinating every construction step in a single architectural and system engineering adaptation project following contemporary international luxury retail standards.
EXA Group was the main contractor, so it handled the entire execution process, from demolitions and structural works up to the coordination of systems and finishes. The fit-out includes partitions and coverings, while custom millwork and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) work helps define the identity of the space, along with ensuring execution precision, craftsmanship quality and control over the details, all key elements in high end retail.
