EXA Group was involved from the early pre-construction stages, supporting the Client in the development of the execution design, technical coordination, and budgeting, with the aim of aligning design intent, cost, and buildability within a highly complex intervention.

The project, developed over a total area of 450 sqm across the ground and first floors dedicated to retail, with a basement level for back-of-house functions and storage, saw EXA Group acting as main contractor for the full fit-out. The scope included MEP systems coordination, integration of high-security solutions, and the delivery of high-end finishes. Noble materials such as travertine marble, bespoke millwork, and refined decorative finishes define a space of exceptional quality, characterised by execution precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, in line with the highest standards of luxury retail.
