The reopening of the Grand Hotel Ampezzo contributes to the evolution of Cortina’s hospitality landscape, reinforcing the destination’s positioning towards high-end international tourism. The project involved a historic early-20th-century building that underwent a complete reconstruction and full interior redevelopment.

The property, closed for more than twenty years, has been rebuilt and expanded to become a five-star hotel featuring 70 rooms, including 26 suites, a spa of over 1,000 sqm, lounge areas, and a diversified food & beverage offering including café, cocktail bar and restaurant.

The interior design by Zuretti Design interprets the Alpine architectural language through warm materials and contemporary palettes, combining local craftsmanship with bespoke solutions thanks to the expertise of EXA Group, which was involved in the fit-out phase and the supply of FF&E for guestrooms and public areas.
