EXA Group delivers the renovation of several areas within Meliá Milano, working across the basement level and floors one through five. The project includes meeting rooms, offices, shared spaces and guest rooms, reinterpreted through a contemporary language focused on comfort, functionality and the quality of the guest experience.
EXA Group acted as main contractor, coordinating the entire delivery process, from the initial reconfiguration of the spaces through to the completion of finishes and furnishings. In the basement, the intervention focused on meeting rooms, offices and shared areas, redesigned to enhance efficiency and usability. On the upper floors, works involved common areas and guest rooms, renewed through coherent and functional solutions capable of combining elegance, comfort and operational performance. The result is a harmonious and contemporary collection of spaces, developed in line with international hospitality standards.
