The design for Moncler Grenoble in Aspen goes beyond the traditional idea of a store and emerges as a spatial path inspired by an enchanted forest where architecture and interior design work as a team to create an evocative ambience marked by a strong identity.

The sculptural language and fluid geometries designed by Küchel Architects outline a space made of stratifications, rhythms and atmospheres able to turn the time spent in the store into a memorable experience. The project for the brand – deep-rooted in Moncler’s legacy and conceived for every moment of mountain life, whether on the slopes or beyond – demanded a high degree of execution coordination and accuracy to turn the design concept into a coherent, detail-rich developed environment.

EXA Group followed the entire operation process, while also handling the strip-out, structural and building works, systems, fit-outs and custom millwork. The complexity of the site and the quality demanded of the finishes made the rapport between design, production and installation the focal point in a job in which architecture, design and craftsmanship all fall into line around a shared idea.
