Located on Via Pietro Verri, at the heart of Milan’s luxury district, the boutique marks a new chapter for the brand’s presence in Italy. Developed across two levels, the space reinterprets Bauhaus principles through a refined and understated architectural language, creating a dialogue between the city’s design heritage and the precision that defines the Maison. The project combines carefully selected materials, bespoke details and a strong focus on craftsmanship, delivering an immersive retail experience that reflects RIMOWA’s commitment to quality and innovation.
EXA Group delivered the project in a particularly demanding operational context, coordinating construction activities within one of Milan’s most prestigious and high-profile retail destinations. Venetian terrazzo, marble, brass and handcrafted finishes define the interiors, while a sculptural staircase serves as the focal point of the architectural composition. Careful planning, precise execution and close coordination of specialist trades ensured the successful completion of the project within approximately six months, meeting the exacting standards required by the brand. The result is a contemporary retail destination that combines construction excellence, material quality and brand identity, strengthening RIMOWA’s presence in Milan through a space that naturally embodies the Maison’s values and distinctive character.
