To ensure the highest standards of quality and integrity, every vendor wishing to register with the EXA.Group Vendor List must meet minimum requirements.
Ethics and Compliance
- Compliance with applicable laws and local regulations.
- Absence of corrupt practices, discrimination or human rights violations.
- Compliance with the EXA.Group Code of Ethics and Vendor Code of Conduct.
Environmental sustainability
- Proper management of waste, emissions and natural resources.
- Adoption of materials and techniques with reduced environmental impact (Green Building).
- Monitoring and reduction of CO2 emissions related to production or logistics activities.
Health and safety of employees (HSE)
- Adoption of occupational health and safety management systems.
- Ongoing staff training.
- Compliance with contracts and labour regulations (DURC [Social Security compliance] and contribution regularity).

Minimum sustainability requirements
Pre-Qualification Questionnaire
● Application process (Vendor Qualification)
A clear and transparent process, from application to approval.

Application
The vendor completes the online application form and attaches the required documentation.
2.
Evaluation
The EXA.Group Supply Chain team assesses the pre-qualification questionnaire and the level of compliance with ESG, technical and safety requirements.
3.
Approval
Vendors who pass the assessment phase are included in the EXA.Group Qualified Vendor List and may be involved in tenders or operational contracts.
4.
Monitoring
Throughout the collaboration, EXA.Group carries out periodic checks (Vendor Audits) to ensure that quality and sustainability standards are maintained.
